Mental health is at the heart of well-being, and I believe we can live our best lives by being intentional about how we care for our well-being. My specializations include adjustment disorder, depression, anxiety, grief and loss counseling, work-related stress, interpersonal issues, life transitions, and substance abuse issues.
Through a strength-based person-centered methodology, I encourage my clients in the therapeutic process toward their identified goals. For over 15 years doing this work, I have had the joy of witnessing clients transform their lives with the right tools.
